Super White Tuna sashimi seasoned with Japanese togarashi peppers and Japanese citrus. Topped with a sweet balsamic soy sauce and sprinkled with crushed garlic and parmesan chips.

Pan fried Jumbo Scallops(4pc) and grilled Shrimp Fuego(4pc) marinated with Asian chili sauce and wrapped with jalapeno and prosclutto ham. Served with a side of stir fried carrots, zucchini, and feta cheese ravioli.
